La destrucció de la ment:
Qui més qui menys coneix a algú que te la ment destruida, molt facilment busquem explicacions que ens portin a entendre perquè ha arribat a aquesta situació, així enganyem a la nostra ment i la continuem tenint sencera.
Quines són les principals causes:
1- Una mala infància, no superada.
2- Una adolescència complicada. (qui no ha sortit tocat de l'adolescència?)
3- La perdua massa prematura d'algú estimat.
4- Un desengany amorós.
5- Una feina massa exigent.
6- Una societat excesivament pendent de tot alló que fem.
7- Les drogues o l'alcohol. (El tabac no)
8- Alguna més que no recordo.
El fet és que si tornem a mirar la llista veurem que tots podriem dir que alguna d'aquestes causes, o més d'una, formen part de la nostra història, i així i tot creïem estar amb la ment sencera, davant d'aixó poder fer dues reflexions, o aquestes causes no són tan significatives o ningú està tan lluny de que qualsevol dia se li destroci la ment.
